SHIPIMART™ SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ShipiMart! We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

  • Note: Processing times may slightly increase during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional sales events.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout. We offer multiple shipping tiers to best suit your needs:

Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders exceeding a specific cart value, as advertised on our store's main page at the time of purchase.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will typically become active and update with live carrier tracking scans within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer shipping destinations worldwide (specific exclusions may apply and will be detailed at checkout).

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ShipiMart is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled locally.

5. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We ship to standard residential and business addresses. Delivery availability to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses depends on the specific carrier selected at checkout. If a carrier cannot deliver to your entered address, we will contact you prior to shipment to adjust details.

6. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to our support team immediately. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged items so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

  • Lost or Missing Shipments: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact the local courier branch first. If the package remains missing, contact us so we can assist in investigating the shipment.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. ShipiMart is not responsible for lost packages or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for the return re-shipment costs.
